Assalamualaikum, (May peace be with you) 

I have decided to take part in the 10km run (inshallah) with the charity ‘Islamic help’ to raise funds for Syrian and Palestinian refugees. Also i’ll Be running for people suffering in Rohingya, Burma. I sometimes feel that I am so privelaged and indulged in 1st world problems that it’s nice to do something for a greater cause. Furthermore, I realised I have far too much free time after my exams and hopefully by training for this run - I won’t waste my summer away. Jokes aside, I hope you can all find it in your heart to donate whatever you can and help me reach my target of £1200 I wish you all well and may God bless you.
