Throughout September I will be training in the IMC Centre in Birmingham, preparing for the time ahead. Then my team of 4 will spend 6 months in Reggio Calabria right at the tip of the boot of Italy. Our team will be based in the local church and will be involved in youth groups, Sunday schools, cell groups, other church based activities, working in a local food bank and also working with immigrants in a neighbouring town, many of whom are unemployed, homeless and sleeping rough. We will then travel back to the UK and complete a 2 month tour of the UK serving in school and churches and sharing our experiences from the past 6 months.</span></p>

This money will count towards the £4350 that I have to raise by the end of August. BMS has subsidised this total which covers my travel, accomodation, food, training, visas and insurance, I will then be paying for everything else myself.</span></p>
