I am doing the Great South Run (10miles) this year with my partner-in-crime in aid of Wessex Heartbeat, a fantastic charity which supports people with heart conditions. We are obviously taking our training programme very seriously (having spent a 2 week holiday indulging in nachos for carb-loading!) and want to raise as much money as we can for this great charity. So please dig deep......empty your pockets, fish under your sofa cushions, look under your car seats, and search behind your bed for all your loose forgotten change as no amount of money is too small to donate!
