Mental Health UK is here for anyone experiencing a mental health problem. We are made up of four organisations based in each of the four nations of the UK, working together to improve mental health.

Story

I'm running the Great Scottish Run for Mental Health UK, so I can fundraise for mental health while supporting my own!

I discovered running over two years ago, when I signed up to run the Royal Parks Half Marathon on a whim to fundraise for NSPCC. What followed was a long summer of training and fundraising! I went from someone who was out of breath after two minutes of running, to accomplishing something I never thought I could do.

Running (and exercising) has proved to be a great outlet to help me manage my own mental health, and so this year I've decided to take on my second half marathon whilst fundraising for this cause I feel passionately about.

Any donation is hugely appreciated 😊
