Wow! Thank you so much for your contributions and a big thank you to Telereal Trillium who have kindly matched the funds raised as part of their Charity Scheme.
These funds will make a significant contribution and difference to the project and the local communities it supports. Tomorrow morning (Jan 27th) I head out to join the team and over the next few weeks we will be looking at where this money will be invested.
To give you an idea of how far your money will go:
* It costs around £50 for a weeks food within each of the schools
* It costs about £380 to sponsor a child through secondary education
