On the 22nd August 2015 I am taking part in a charity tandem skydive from 10,000 feet with 24 other members of staff from Aston Shaw Ltd, to raise money for East Anglia's Children's Hospices NOOK appeal. This year EACH are trying to raise ten million pounds to build a new hospice just outside Norwich, to care for children and their families.

As a group we have set ourselves a target of £10,000, any donations would be greatly appreciated for this well deserving cause!
