Jeremiah’s Journey, provides compassionate support & guidance to children, families & adults bereaved as children, who are navigating the difficult journey of grief. In offering support services & promoting awareness, we aim to be a beacon of light in the darkest moments. My grief, My way.

Story

Well, as many of you know my latest obsessive fad is exercise!! From years of just sitting on my buttocks - I feel I have made up for my laziness with a ridiculous amount of running! To keep myself motivated I decided to sign up to a crazy amount of miles in London town. I have trained a lot, at silly O'clock in the morning, with hang overs and when I really can't be bothered. However, this crazy new 'fad' of mine could lead to some good - with your help! (The cheese!) I would be so grateful if you could support me by giving a small donation to help a charity that made a big difference to me and my family.

Jerimiah's Journey is a charity based in Plymouth and the immediate area. It is based in Derriford hospital and is a team of professionals and volunteers who support children and families who have experienced someone close to them dying, or are anticipating a death. The group uses creative activities to encourage the expression of feelings of grief, the sharing and acknowledgement of memories both good and bad and the exploration of ways of coping. After the death of Ralph we went to this group as a family on a weekly bases. The help and support made such a difference to all of us. I'm sure most of you are familiar with our puppet 'Ralph' bears that have been with us since! I hope to raise money so that other families continue to get the amazing treatment that we did.

Thank you!! Wish me luck. xxx
