Zulian Tjuatja is raising money for Rethink Mental Illness
Story
Three years ago I wanted to kill myself. I almost did. Since then I've never taken my mental health for granted, and I am constantly in awe of those who thrive despite dealing with even nastier inner demons.
I, alongside my Capital One UK colleagues, will be taking the Three Peaks Challenge in June, where we will attempt to summit the three highest peaks in the UK (Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike, and Snowdonia) in 24 hours. Before, during, and after the journey, we will be fundraising for Rethink Mental Illness, who provide extraordinary services for those affected by mental illness, and help them summit their own peaks.
