The British Red Cross, a charity incorporated by Royal Charter 1908, helps people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. And when the crisis is over, we help them to recover and move on with their lives.

Story

On Wednesday 29th August 2007 twelve crazy people from Lowri Beck and npower travelled to Langar Airfield in Nottingham, and then threw themselves out of a plane while attached to one of the Red Devils.

The six loopy Lowri Beck people were:

Bob Vernon - Managing Director; David Barratt - Business Change Manager; Robin Bradshaw - Industry Consultant; Tracy Sanderson - Contact Service & Business Solutions Manager; Rachael Webb - Business Solutions; Pourya Sanaei - Business Customer Support

It's fair to say the experience is one we will never forget!

None of the money you sponsor us on this page will be used to pay for any jumps as Lowri Beck are funding their mad jumpers. Lowri Beck are also matching your donations £ for £ and donating the matched extra to npower's chosen charity, Macmillan.

To visit their page to sponsor them and increase the amount of money going to each charity, visit them here: Display Team

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor us: British Red Cross will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

This page is open until the end of October, but we will look at the amount raised to double it during the month of September.

Many thanks for your support.
