Thought that I ought to offer a progress report.

You'll be pleased to know that I bought a running machine and have been locked away in the garage with it and my Ipod so hopefully I shouldn't disgrace you all by having to be taken away by ambulance.

I've uploaded a picture taken when I was in Rwanda so you can see why I can be bother to put on a suit and do the distance.

There are too few of these creatures left in the wild so its crucial that we all help in raising awareness of their plight .In providing support for the organisations working to protect the gorillas we also help the local people benefit from their unique neighbours!
