Welcome to my page of Contact the Elderly's British 10K team, who will be pounding the streets of London very early in the morning of Sunday 1st July.

I am part of a team of runners who are aiming to raise an incredible £10,000 to create two brand new Contact the Elderly groups and pluck more than 20 very lonely, elderly people out of their isolation by giving them a Contact group to go to, and enjoy months and years of lovely afternoon teas in the company of friends.

Every runner has paid for their place out of their own pocket so every penny raised will be used to help launch the groups.  We'll keep all sponsors updated with their progress and let you know when they first meet - so you can see what difference your kind gift has made.
