Having seen some of the amazing efforts the young people in the Birmingham Jamboree Unit are putting in to raise the money needed to get us to the 22nd World Scout Jamboree in Sweden next year I thought it was only fair that I should take on a challenge of equal magnitude.
So at 9pm Saturday the 28th August I intend to depart from outside the council house in Birmingham and cycle overnight to Aberystwyth in Wales a distance of almost 120 miles on a Brompton folding bike.
Please do support me, as all the money I raise doing this goes towards getting the 36 young people and 4 leaders a little closer to the Jamboree.
