In April 2009 we are running the London Marathon, to raise funds and awareness for YoungMinds. This charity provides vital support and information to children and young people suffering from mental health problems, as well as their parents and friends. We are also running in memory of a close friend, Ben Aspinal, who suffered from mental health problems and sadly died ten years ago, aged only 17. This charity provided great support to Ben and his family and we want all the money raised to help other people in similar situations.
