<p>Hi Guys.</p>
<p>Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.</p>
<p>The reason I am trying to raise money is because in January this year, each member of my family suffered a loss. A Husband, a Father, a Grandfather, a Brother and an Uncle.</p>
<p>I lost my Gramps. He passed away after a long, hard fought battle against bowel cancer.</p>
<p>My Gramps has always been a strong family man, He always made us feel special and loved and anyone who came into contact with him will have instantly felt his warmth, kind nature and sense of humour.</p>
<p>About four years ago he first became ill and bowel cancer was diagnosed> He underwent various treatments to try and overcome the illness. However, on the 4th January 2012 he sadly lost that battle.</p>
<p>In the weeks leading to his passing he was at home being looked after by my Granny and Aunty with the unwaivering support of Mary Ann Evans Hospice.</p>
<p>The care, kindness and support received from MAEH nurses at this time was overwhelming and in recent weeks after talking with my Granny we discussed how we would be able to repay that kindness. It was then that I thought that being the eldest of six grandchildren I could possibly do a skydive to raise some much needed money to help keep the Marie Ann Evans charity funded.</p>
<p>So that's where YOU come in. On May 20th I am going to jump out of a plane.</p>
