Well, I seem to have the triathlon bug so here I am again! I want to say a big thank you to everyone who sponsored me last year. We managed to raise over £1000 which is amazing. Hopefully we'll get that sum again this year. Sobell House is such a good cause.

Sir Michael Sobell House was established in 1976 to care for people suffering with a life threatening illness, and for their families.

It offers physical, psychological, social and spiritual care to those facing life threatening illness, death and bereavement. The focus is on quality of life, respecting the uniqueness of each person, and respect for the dignity of all users of the service.
