<p>I'm going to run 10K dressed to raise money for SpecialEffect (<a href="http://www.SpecialEffect.org.uk">www.SpecialEffect.org.uk</a>). SpecialEffect does amazing work helping kids & adults with disabilities to enjoy video games, and they're a really lovely bunch who deserve your cash. I'm also bringing the 'legendary' Jimmi SpandexX out of retirement for this one very special day and will be running the whole 10k in sweaty, chafing zebra-print nut-huggers.</p>
