Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. In 2006 I started running after being inspired by Blind Dave Heeley. I kept it going and in 2009 I completed a range of challenges with the aim of increasing awareness for Acorns Children's Hospice, and of course to raise funds.

 I have continued in 2010 where I left off in 2009 and have now completed six marathons over a rolling 12 months. These were:- New York, London, Edinburgh Nottingham  Abingdon and Athens in that order.

That leaves only one thing to do to round off the year, and that is the Acorns Christmas Santa Run in Birmingham

The querky thing is that the venues for these six marathons spells ACORNS. Was that deliberate I ask you?
