Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust cares for life limited children and their families from across the West Midlands. Acorns offers a network of care through its hospices in Birmingham, Walsall and Worcester and its community team who are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The charity has helped over 1100 families but it is estimated that a further 1200 families still need the support that Acorns can provide.

Thank you for visiting our fundraising page.

Clive John and The Johnny Cash Roadshow want to raise £10,000 for Acorns Children's Hospice.

In May 2008 we announced that Acorns is our official charity and, since then, we have collected money for them through the generosity of audience members at our shows.

It has always been our intention to hold a grand charity benefit concert in aid of Acorns and this is being held at the Malvern Forum Theatre on Thursday 15th January 2009.

Please give whatever you can afford - every penny counts!

UPDATE

9th March 2009

It has been officially confirmed by Acorns that our fund raising total so far is £6349.41. Thank you to everyone who has donated and bought the CD.

23rd January 2009

Today we have had confirmation from Acorns that a fantastic £371.76 was donated by our audience at our Malvern Forum Theatre show. Thank you so much.

This amount has now been added to the offline total. We are still waiting for final figures of the shows profits, CD sales, etc. but will let you know as soon as we do.

8th January 2009

SOLD OUT!!!!

With less than a week to go to our show we now have confirmation from the Malvern Theatres Box Office that there are no tickets left.

Thank you to everyone who is coming to the show. We look forward to entertaining you and raising lots of money for Acorns.
