Everyone taking part, can be seen out pounding the streets or putting in the extra miles on the treadmill, along with cross-training in the gym at least a couple of times a week...very dedicated!!!</span></p>

Mind Wise transforms lives and develops new visions for mental health, fighting the stigmas and misunderstanding often associated with mental illness, whilst also being there to provide practical support to those people often forgotten and struggling for help.</span></p>
