Hi, I'm getting my pasty legs out to do the 10k Bournemouth Bay run on April 3rd. I'm running to support the charity Spring (http://www.springsupport.org.uk) which helped my friends Emma and Nick out so brilliantly when recently they very tragically lost their daughter before her life had even begun.
