I have decided to take part in the London Triathlon through TSB (Work) as a great way to raise money for a local animal charity, with the aim of continuing my fund raising efforts in the future in similar ways.

This money will go a long way, but as always, more is needed for the guys and girls at The Worcestershire Anilmal Rescue Centre to continue the great work that they do on a daily basis.

Please give generously, as I will myself will be putting money into the just giving account to donate to this fantastic cause.
