Dear All,

4 days has passed since I managed to drag myself round the course in 4hrs and 26 mins. The small thumbnail photo on the left is proof I did cross the finish line!! I took Monday off work mainly because I couldnt walk although the whole thing left me totally knackered as well!

It was every bit as hard as I thought and a real mind game for me for about the last hour. Quite a few have asked me if I have signed up for next year.... a definate NO. not my thing i've decided!!

Anyway a big Thank You to you all for helping me raise £7500 for a great cause, which was more that £300 per mile. And funnily enough I did think about this during my dark time around the 22 mile mark so thanks again.

P.S hopefully since Sam's recent diagnosis of Diabetes i will be able to get a team together to help Raise even more money for a different cause that is even closer to us now so i hope you will all dig deep again and sponsor our team next year
