The Argus Appeal's objectives are to relieve sickness, poverty, hardship and to provide benefits for lonely, needy old people and underprivileged children and other persons considered appropriate by the trustees in the Sussex area. All funds raised are used to support causes where they can “make a difference”.

BRIGHTON TO PARIS CYCLE CHALLENGE

Done it dudes! If you think it was just a jolly up with copius amounts of booze n brie, well, you're dead right! i'm the only bloke who can burn off over 3000 calories a day and still come home 6lb heavier!

anyway, we did do some cycling, day one was 50 miles in 90 degree heat, day two was just right (as Goldilocks would say) and day 3 I had the wind and rain in me face for 42 miles and all I had for protection was an ipod.

i'm confident of passing the grand mark, infact i'm looking at about £1300 so if you haven't already done so, MAKE A NOISE!
