Story

Next June, I'm going to ride over 900 miles in nine days from Land's End to John o' Groats.

I'm paying for the trip costs - so every penny I raise goes to Macmillan Cancer Support, an organisation that did so much for my Mum in her last couple of years and which continues to support thousands of people affected by cancer.

For many British cyclists, Land's End to John o 'Groats (LEJoG for short) is one of the big challenges. The trip takes you though Dartmoor, The Welsh Marches, around the Lake District and into Scotland en route to the Highlands and the final destination of mainland Britain.

It's going to be great, but it would be better still if I could raise some money for an excellent cause. I'm aiming for a minimum of £2500, but obviously I want to raise as much as possible.
