GHANA EDUCATION PROJECT (WORKING WITH TWGGS GHANA)
Ghana Education Project looks to promote the advancement of education in the Nkwanta region of North East Ghana and has helped to build and equip schools there. Founder Gill Norris was awarded the MBE for her efforts with GEP and now lives in Nkwanta.

My personal message:

Hi All,

I have been given a last minute chance to run the London Marathon for the Ghana Education Project. I am grateful for any amount of money you are willing to sponsor me.

This charity was formed in 2000 following The twinning link between Tema in Ghana and Greenwich. The organisation provides help and support for Tema. Support to date includes yout exchanges,developing school links between local schools and providing funding for transporting education and medical equipment to our sister town.

Land has now been provided for the development of a Sports /Education Academy. During the coming months a major fundraising programme is to be launched. All donations from the Marathon will be utilised for this specific purposes.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: GHANA EDUCATION PROJECT (WORKING WITH TWGGS GHANA) will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
