As I'm guessing you're now well aware, I'm currently in training for the London Marathon 2009!

I started running just over a year ago now, driven primarily by the incentive of keeping fit. Since then I have maintained an active running regime and have taken part in a handful of races for various causes.

After attending the Marathon earlier this year as a spectator I came away intent on wanting to sign my death wish and partake in the event at least once at some point in my life...

Fortunately for me (and hopefully Help & Care) I'm delighted to say that I've managed to secure a place running on behalf of them for next year!
