Hearts and Balls role is to assist catastrophically injured rugby players and their families by offering financial support and advice on fundraising.

Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

My name is Adam Linton and I'm 14.  My Dad and I are walking the West Highland Way, starting on the 23rd of May and finishing on the 28th.

It is a long distance walk, 96 miles (152km) or thereabouts, and it stretches from Milngavie, near Glasgow, to Fort William.  We are hoping to raise 1500 pounds for Hearts and Balls, which is a charity that supports catastrophically injured rugby players and their families, both with advice and finance.

I go to Merchiston Castle School.  Last September, a pupil at my school had a rugby accident that has left him paralysed.  For this reason, this is a charity very close to my heart.

This kind of sporting accident can happen to anybody which plays rugby and so please give generously for those unfortunate few.

Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It’s also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Hearts and Balls Ventures Ltd gets your money faster and, if you’re a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.

If you would like to make a donation, it would mean a lot to me.  Thank you very much!!!
