This June Adam Hume and Luke Matthews will be cycling over 3.300 miles from San Diego to New York City in aid of Help 4 Heroes. They will be setting off mid June and hope to complete the trip in just 40days, cycling everyday averaging just over 80 miles per day in tempratures over 40C in the western and central states!
