As some of you may know, my niece was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis some time ago. She will require constant medical treatment/monitoring and is currently doing well. There is currently little known about this disease, however a charity, CICRA, is doing lots of research.

In order to support them, I am going to do the Windor "Olympic" Triathlon on the15th June to raise money. This involves a 1 mile swim, 26 mile bike ride and 6 mile run; there will be athletes preparing for Bejing racing as well if you fancy watching!
