On the 19th August 2009 i will be doing a fundraising event cycling from London to Paris in the space of 4 days. The trip is just over 300 miles

Day 1 - 90 miles from Blackheath to Dover, and then a chance to recover on the ferry across to Calais!

Day 2 - 78 miles taking us from Calais to Arras.

Day 3 - 78 miles from Arras on to Compiegne.

Day 4 - 56 miles from Compiegne to our final destination in Paris where we will finish beneath  the Eiffel Tower.
