hi everyone me again, running the dreaded London Marathon for the second time! I managed it fine last year and hoping to smash last years time, target is sub 4hrs... shouldnt be too difficult!  

This time though im running for a local charity- Chase Hospice in Guildford. As some of you may be aware this is where my sister Rachel works so im really happy to be involved and keen to raise as much as possible so please dig deep and sponsor me online.... please!

also, last year when i ran i wrote my name on my shirt and if any of you have seen my vid you may have noticed lots of people screaming my name. at first i found this support great and it really helped me on but after a few hours i found it rather irritating- sounds bad but its true! so, this year i plan to write down loads of names and pull each one off every mile or so to reveal the next name- just to humour myself. jim, carol, constantinos etc... so, pass your suggestions on!
