The Fragile X Society is the only charity dedicated to individuals and families living with Fragile X syndrome - the most common cause of inherited learning disability. We are continually working to improve the quality of life for all people impacted by Fragile X.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On 30 August, I set off from Mizen Head, the southern most point in Ireland and peddled 450 miles to get to Malin Head, the northern most tip of Ireland 6 days later. As well as the pain from sore muscles, this proved to be particularly challenging due to the constant rain, and lack of sleep (there were a lot of snorers camping nearby!). However, I was spurred on to complete the ride by the generous sponsorship pledged, and in the knowledge that the Fragile X Society will really benefit from the money raised.

Thanks to everyone that sponsored me, and for those that are still thinking about it - it's not too late! I'm getting very close to reaching my fundraising target now...

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Many thanks,

Adrian
