Hello everyone & thankyou for visiting my page for the london 10k marathon on the 12th of july 2009.

The race will commence at hyde park corner at 9.35 am and end's at whitehall . For those that dont know, my name is mark spencer (a.k.a. ADONAIYAH) and this is my first marathon. I have been running now for what will be 20 year's in december. My two children Jada (11) & Shabazz (8) have been my motivation for keeping myself fit, along with the desire to look & feel good about myself & it seem's to have paid off( as they say no pain no gain, only the strong survive.)

I am a youth worker with a strong passion for the upliftment of the less fortunate, hence the reason i have chosen to run for a charity that work's on the behalf of young children in africa & help's to send them to school & college's ,the charity is called the (african children's educational trust) or a-cet for short. A-cet has so far built 3 school's, two more underway and a sixth one planned, serving over two thousand student's.
