Hi!

I am cycling the South Downs Way (SDW) on the weekend of the 8th May for the Argus Appeal Charity. For those who don't know the SDW is a bridleway running along the South Downs from Winchester to Eastbourne. It is 105 miles long & quite hilly - a total of 10,000ft of vertical elevation. Hopefully my old creaky knees will be up to the challenge!
