Since 1983, the Journey of a Lifetime Trust (JoLt) has been making a positive, lasting difference to the lives of hundreds of disabled, ill, abused and neglected young people. Next Sunday, Ally and I will be taking part in the London Bridges walk to raise money for this charity and any donation you could make would be great!!
