My story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This will be my third consecutive year running the Great North Run to raise as much money as possible for SSAFA, a charity who do so much for those who have served in our Armed Forces.

All of my working life has been involved with the Armed Forces, initially serving a long career in the Royal Signals and now promoting & educating employers about the skills & abilities of those who have worn the uniform of the Royal Navy, Royal Air Force and British Army.

Your kind donation would be greatly appreciated, every pound raised goes to SSAFA.
