Thank you for visiting the fundraising page for my "3 Poles" challenge - to reach the summit of Everest and walk to the North and South Poles.
I am raising money for two charitiies - the international Childrens Hope Foundation, whose headquarters is in the UK and who have an office in Dubai, and the UAE based Friends of Cancer Patients.
The Children's Hope Foundation's bio is on the left. Their work is fantastic, helping children in need in countries far and wide.
The Friends of Cancer Patients is a UAE based charity whose aim is to heighten the sad lack of understanding and awareness of cancer in the Middle East, which in turn results in extremely high mortality rates, and to support hospitals and individuals. both children and adults, for specific treatment.
In both cases, moneys raised will be used constructively for tangible effect, and to raise awareness.
