Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

'Sticks and stones will break my bones but words will never hurt me...What rubbish!

But bullying is not just verbal, it can be physical (pushing, kicking, hitting, pinching), or emotional (sending to Coventry, tormenting, ridicule, humiliation).

Emotional bullying seems to be more common than physical violence. New methods have followed this old problem in the form of texting, cruel photos from a mobile, e-mails and web-based attacks are increasingly prevalent - cyber bullying.

Persistent bullying can result in depression, low self-esteem, shyness, poor academic achievement, isolation, threatened or attempted suicide.

Kidscape provides individuals and organisations with practical skills and resources necessary to keep children safe from harm.

So, please dig deep and sponsor me to help Kidscape help the children in need of support.

Many Thanks for your support!!
