My personal message:

Update - 15th April:  Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me so far.  I successfully completed the marathon in 4 hours 17 mins - but it seemed longer!

As a consequence of reaching my original target for sponsorship, I have increased it slightly - to encourage those of you who were going to sponsor me but have only now got around to it!  Thanks again for your support.

------------------------------------------------------------

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me to run the 26 miles of the 2008 London Marathon in April.

MRDF makes small miracles possible for people living in the world's poorest communities.  The charity supports more than 60 local, community-based organisations in 20 of the poorest countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America, helping individuals and communities to transform their lives and become more self-sufficient.

MRDF focuses support on the poorest communities in some of the poorest countries, according to greatest need and regardless of faith.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: MRDF will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support,

Adrian.
