Please join us.</span></strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong><span style="color: #00ccff;">Humanity First's Orphan care programme is a long-term and well thought out plan which aims to provide shelter, education, clothing and a long-term future for these unfortunate children. The project has been running in many countries such as Burkina Faso, Benin, Sierra Leone, Pakistan, Indonesia and Gambia for years. Due to the vulnerability of Orphans in those circumstances, the security of these facilities is paramount, otherwise Orphans become prey to predators.</span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #00ccff;"><br /></span></strong></p> <p><strong><span style="color: #00ccff;">A new orphanage is being built in Benin to accomodate 50 orphans. In some countries, Humanity First is now trying a new concept of smaller 'family units' where a group of 5 or 6 Orphans become a virtual family with a surrogate mother taking care of them. In this way they build relationships and look out for each others welfare.
