This Saturday, 4th of July, me and few of my girlfriends will be taking part in a 5 kilometre run for Cancer Research UK at Hampstead heath park in London.

I have not actually done any training for this, due to back issues, so it will be a bit of a challenge for me, ekkkk BUT I am determined to give it a go. :-)

Cancer is such a widespread disease that most people will know someone, or know of someone, who has been affected by it. If you don't, then you are one of the lucky ones!
