Thank you for visiting my fundraising page.

As you know, Alan died tragically in 2007 of a sudden massive cardiac incident  just 2 weeks before we were due to get married. Alan was always extremely health-conscious, an accomplished marathoner and triathlete. (That being said, he also enjoyed his beer as you can see in the photograph!!)

In his memory I ran the 2008 Flora London Marathon. It was my first marathon, and I was thrilled to finish in 4:19!

I hope the monies raised will fund research and innovation to ensure others like Alan do not lose their lives needlessly.
