i have undertaken this challenge for a number of reasons really...

after annoying my dear old friends with my line 'i'm going to run the london marathon', i have met my match and as of summer 2008 have been signed up to run it for alzheimer's scotland. alzheimer scotland is very close to me and my family and so i could think of no better charity to run for. this is a huge challenge for me and you could say i'm jumping in at the deep end! however, i am really looking forward to the challenge and raising as much money as possible.

i have to raise £1250 at least, but anything you can give is very much appreciated and i promise i won't let any of you down!

it must be worth it to see me run 26.2 miles!

hello everyone! wow! i am competely overwhelmed and very touched by your donations! it makes things a lot easier knowing i have loads of great people supporting me! the idea is for me to raise as much money as possible so thank you so so much!
