On 28th October we will be 'running' the Great South Run to raise money for Marie Curie. We are undoubtedly going to find it a massive challenge (if you know us, you will know how unfit we are!) so any donations for the cause will spur us on to victory, or at least the finish line.

Unfortunately the third member of our team has 2 broken heels following the great North Run (which doesn't fill us with confidence as he was the fit one!) so we'll also make sure we finish it for Chris! :-)
