I'm training for 3 months from November 2013 - February 2014 to do a personal triathlon to raise money for an amazing cause, The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance. The Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance is a dedicated medical air service which first began operations in Lincolnshire in April 1994. Their Helicopter can reach any destination in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire in just 19 minutes! Every penny I raise will go straight to them and your money is such a great help to the team who save countless lives every year. Without them alot of people would have died due to fatal injuries.
