Frensham Pond Sailability provides disabled people of all ages the opportunity to experience the thrill of sailing. Sailing ranges from therapeutic cruising around Frensham Pond to competitive racing in Paralympic class mini-keelboats both at Frensham and at other locations in the UK & Europe.

22nd April Sprint Triathlon - Clitheroe - completed with injury!

27th May Sprint Triathlon - Nantwich - completed but too hot!

23rd June Great North Swim - Windemere - cancelled..boooo

1st July Olympic Triathlon - Liverpool - the windy one! but done

9th September Olympic Triathlon - Tatton - another big one!
