My story
Thanks guys for taking the time to visit my newest JustGiving page. Over the last few years I have been overwhelmed with the support and donations you have given me for various fundraising events. This is the big one and I have the opportunity to do something amazing and it will be my greatest challenge!
On the 12th January 2012 I will be starting the Climb!! All donations are for FundingNeuro which is a charity that funds research focused on solving the common problem which hinders progress towards a cure and effective treatments for all conditions which affect the brain and spinal column. FundingNeuro is focusing on a reliable method of delivering drugs and therapeutic devices through the blood brain barrier to where they will do most good. Every penny that is raised will go to research. Not to pay salaries. Not to cover office costs. To research. Research which will move us ever closer to eradicating neurological disorders and hopefully help fund cures for Alzheimer’s, MS, Huntington’s, MND, Tumours, Parkinson’s, Strokes and Epilepsy.
I have been raising money for Funding Neuro through running, cycling and swimming; however, this will be my toughest challenge to date!!!
