We fund medical research to cure neurological disorders!

Story

1 month of hard training left, just heading out into the cold and wind......sympathy donation please:)

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I have 1 month left of my 9 month training plan and so far (a few injuries, here and there) all has gone to plan. Ironman involves a 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike and then finished off with a marathon (under 16 hours or I get disqualified!).....not sure how I got involved in this, but there is no turning back now:) I have been rasining awareness and fundraising for FundingNeuro over the last 4 years and have achieved lots of goals, met some great people and raised money for potential cures towards brain disorders. This is defintely my biggest challenge to date. What will I do next year (don't say anything to my wife!!)

To follow my progress or if you want to be involved with the charity, I have a group called the 'FundingNeuro TryAthletes' and we do sporting events to raise awareness and fundraise. Follow us on my FB page http://www.facebook.com/#!/tryathletes I will also be starting a TryAthletes Running Club (for all abilities) which will start and finish at the new Surface+Cafe (opening soon) https://www.facebook.com/pages/Surface-Cafe/119350974907502

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now :-)
