This is my second time at doing the dash. It was a lot of fun last year, you can join in the fun, get a application pack from me, any hospice shops, the hospice, or CFM ( i think)

 

The hospice is a very worthwhile charity providing specialist palliative care for people with life limiting illnesses and support for their families and carers...  i know first hand how amazing the staff which work there are. !!
