Can you believe it, we actually did it. I know that many of you will have been bored to death on chapter and verse about my lost toe nail, a poignant reminder of the pain and joy of completing the most exhilerating experience in my lifetime (apart from Istanbul 2005).

As my good friend and fellow runner said on the day, "the pain will go, the memories will last forever"

The NSPCC is a great cause and a deserving charity. I would like to THANK every one of the friends, familly, customers and suppliers who took the time to support, email text and phone and more importantly help me to raise such a fantastic amount for a great cause.

There is still time to add to the tally if you havent yet, for all those that did THANKYOU
